Shipping System Upgraded:
We are excited to announce that we have upgraded our shipping solution! Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will a) receive multiple emails and updates with your tracking codes, b) tracking codes are posted and available within our order history when you login to our website. To receive such benefits we recommend that you create an account with us before you place an order.
United States Shipping:
On average, orders take up to 3 business days to process but can take up to 7 business days to completely ship from our facility to your delivery address. Processing times do not include shipping. For example: selecting "Priority Mail: 2 - 3 Business Days" does not necessarily mean your order will always arrive in 1 business day although in some cases it will (Southern California residents). Please factor in 24 to 48 hours of additional handling time. Orders that are considered wholesale or bulk (e.g 10 or more flashlights/chargers) may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for handling and fulfillment.
We fill orders 6-days a week (Monday - Saturday) but not on holidays. All estimated shipping and processing times are in business days (M-F). United States Postal Service (USPS) does not deliver on Sundays but we still fill your orders so that it is processed by Monday.
In some cases, our products may be too large in size or too heavy in weight to ship using the FREE SHIPPING method or an incorrect shipping method. If this is the case, we will send you an invoice for the difference to receive the correct shipping amount. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
We ship Internationally (Worldwide) but due to recent heightened international security measures, we ONLY offer service for International customers via DHL or FedEx. This is more expensive than USPS but guarantees delivery within 5 to 7 business days, insurance coverage, and comes with delivery tracking. You will not get this with the other methods.
*FREE SHIPPING promotion is not valid for International orders. If you are an international customer and mistakenly selected the FREE SHIPPING method, we will contact you and send you an invoice for the actual shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Customs Duty Taxes and Fees / VAT Taxes: There are usually taxes and other customs duty fees associated with international orders. Although the exact amount is unknown, you may be asked to pay these fees before receiving the package in your country. It is your (the customer) responsible to pay these fees and charges. If you choose to deny these charges, the delivery courier will return the package to us and you will receive a refund for the returned items but you will still be responsible for the shipping fees which are not refundable.
APO/FPO Shipping Timing
Some items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 business days; however, most orders may take up to 14 business days.
All orders are tested before packaging. If you are still not completely satisfied with your products or if you receive a defective item, please send it back to us for an exchange or store credit.
Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a partial refund within 14 days of the purchase date (we cannot refund ANY of your shipping costs). The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition. There may be a 15% restocking fee for item(s) that cannot be considered as brand new (e.g. scratches, damages, etc.)
FREE Returns for our USA customers: It's easy to exchange an item if its defective or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date if you are unsatisfied with your product, and the items must be in unused condition. Simply email us with your issue and we will email you a free shipping label to return the defective item. Print this label and send back the product. When we receive the package we will scan the RMA and contact you.

*We are not able to send return labels to our international customers. We apologize for the inconvenience. International customers are liable for all return costs, however if the item(s) you received are defective (e.g. our fault, and not working) then we can reimburse you up to $15 store credit for shipping it back to us. You will need to email us the receipt clearly stating the cost of the label and the tracking number and we will confirm it with the package's tracking number when it arrives to our warehouse.
When we receive your package we will proceed to exchange your defective products according the RMA number (email us for your RMA number).
