LUMENS Direct Limited Lifetime Warranty

1) 30 days free replacement. We will repair or replace your LUMENS Direct product within 30 days of purchase if it is afflicted with a manufacturing defect. If the problem calls for a replacement, we will replace the product with the same model as the one sent in. If the model has been discontinued, you will receive a product with similar or improved performance.

2) 24 months free repair. We offer free repair within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use.

3) Limited lifetime warranty. If problems develop after 24 months of the purchase date, we will charge for repairs and replacement parts. The total repair fee is assessed according to the cost of the replaced materials.

*The above warranty applies to our customers only (purchases made here on LUMENSDirect.com or at our retail location in Huntington Beach, California). If you purchased your product from another website or store, please contact them directly as they may have their own warranty and return policy OR contact XTAR Corporation directly by emailing them: service@xtar.cc

If you did not purchase from us but would still like warranty assistance, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs to us and a return shipping + service fee not to exceed $10 USD for chargers and $15 USD for flashlights.

How to get service...

You must contact us by email or by phone to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) emailed to you.  If you are a USA customer or ours and purchased off of our website LUMENSDirect.com, we will handle all your return and shipping costs. If you did not purchase from us but would still like us to repair/replace your defective products, send it postage paid with a brief written description of the problem and your RMA# to:

We will inspect your product(s) and contact you within 72 hours to give the results of our inspection and an estimate of the labor charges required to fix the product. If you authorize repairs, we will return the product to you within 72 hours. There is no charge for inspection.
